DENTAL VIDEO TIPS

As The Practice Grows "Dental Video Tips"

Hi. Thanks so much for joining us on another episode. I'm your host Brad.

Today, we’re going a little Hollywood. Because we’re going to cover one of the most important parts of marketing for your Dental Practice - and that’s creating quality video content.

First off, you want to make sure the production quality of your content is as good as it can be. So mobile phone cameras nowadays are excellent, so you’re covered there. Maybe you'd like to invest in a good external microphone, a lighting kit, and perhaps a tripod.

When filming, be sure to create movement right at the top. Like a big wave or a big smile. It’s a hack to make people realize it’s a video, and not a still, so they’ll actually go ahead and watch this. We recommend having a designated area in your Dental Practice where you’re filming this content.

Visual consistency is important. Plus, it’s one less thing to think about when you’re ready to film.

Now what kind of content should you be filming?

Patient testimonials, first and foremost. A video testimonial is one of the most powerful forms of Social Proof there is.

Maybe you want to film a tour of your Dental Practice. This gives patients a glimpse of what to expect. Just one take on your mobile phone from your whole practice. Really engaging.

Film some Oral-Health tips. Maybe your Dental Assistants and Dental Hygienists want to be in charge of this fun content initiative.

Videos of you, owners of the Dental Practice. Your Dental Team Members. Talk to us about your passion for clinical excellence. What you love most about walking into your door every day at your office.

You can introduce new Dental Technology you’ve recently acquired in the Practice. Always explain what Dental Services you offer.

Be strategic in choosing the thumbnail on your video content. This is really important and will dictate your overall view count. And finally, be sure to keep the content machine cranking along.

This is not a one and done deal. Creating video content is an ongoing Campaign Strategy for your practice.

On the DentalCare.com website, there are a lot more resources to help you come up with Creative Dental Marketing Ideas. And if you do the video content right, you’ll not only be hitting the red carpet, you’ll be a Marketing Genius.

Thanks for watching!

And lights, camera, action!
