Unfortunately, these changes have led to difficulties for the general dentist in keeping up in everyday practice. A Clinician’s Guide to Clinical Endodontics will encompass diagnosis, local anesthesia, instrumentation/obturation, and pain medications and antibiotics in clinical endodontic treatment.
